Born in Diyarbakir, Sultan came to San Diego in 2003 and quickly emerged as a restauranteur of distinction.
Diligently crafting his skills into a unique style, he opened his first restaurant in El Cajon, CA N in 2009, and becoming a local San Diego favorite.
