Jaloudi incorporated various non-profit corporations, including advising and representing a high profile global human rights activist in incorporating an international non-profit corporation.Mr.
Jaloudi also represented Rutgers School of Law in the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and was a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Race & The Law Review.
