Located in Los Angeles, CA, The Women’s Mosque of America is our nation’s first women-led Muslim house of worship.
To date, we have trained over 150+ women to deliver a khutbah (sermon), lead prayer, recite the adthan (call to prayer), or take up a position of mosque leadership for the first time in their lives! Together, we are creating a movement to spark a women-led Islamic Renaissance — one that is led by Muslim women’s voices, leadership, and scholarship.
