Sylvia Awadalla, MD, is an attending neurologist at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
She received her medical degree from
The Ohio State University and completed her residency in neurology at Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis.
Prior to returning to Ohio, she was section head of General Neurology at Washington University School of Medicine.
Dr. Awadalla, who has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of headaches and movement disorders, is an integral part of the Deep Brain Stimulation Program at Nationwide Children’s.
