Sami Farhat focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, employment disputes, and community association law.
He also provides corporate counsel services to the Firm’s clients, including drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal opinions on a wide variety of legal issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Sami practiced in the areas of employment law, general counsel, and professional malpractice.
He also clerked for the Honorable Kim Ortiz in the Pima County Superior Court.
Sami is a lifelong Tucsonan and supporter of the University of Arizona.
He graduated from the University of Arizona and obtained a degree in finance, and then attended the University of Arizona College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
He is also an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys both playing and watching basketball.
