From his early years as a certified law student with the Sacramento Public Defender's Office, to his work on the Sixth District Appellate Program and the San Mateo County Private Defender Program, Mr.
Hanania has handled every type of criminal case.

Hanania has both the experience and knowledge to competently handle any kind of criminal case, including even administrative and civil commitment proceedings.
Mr.
Hanania has also lectured to his fellow collegues at various legal seminars which included appellate issues, DMV issues, and search and seizure issues.
Born and raised in the San Francisco area, Mr.
Hanania graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelors degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice in 1994.
Mr.
Hanania went on to law school where he graduated from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1997.
In 2020, Mr.
Hanania became a certified specialist in criminal law by the State Bar of California.
