degree from the University of Baghdad, College of Medicine in 1991 with a rank in the top 10%.
He was trained in Internal Medicine at the Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY and worked in New York as a Primary Care Physician for four years and then relocated with his family to the Northern Virginia area in 2003.
