My name is Randy and I am the proud owner/ manager/ cook of A-1 kabob located in warren MI.
I started my journey in the food industry since I was in my teens, and I’ve owned and sold two successful restaurants since.
One was located in Toledo, Ohio, and the other one was located in Southfield, MI.
My inspiration comes from my love of cooking.
I cook with love and I feel satisfied from watching other people enjoying what I create.
I come from a Mediterranean origin, and I am confident in my ability to create the perfect Mediterranean ethnic food taste.
The motto that I follow in my day-to-day life at the A-1 Kabob is tasty, healthy, and fresh.
The food that I serve at the restaurant carries the love and the quality of the food that I serve my family.
Everything at A-1 kabob is fresh and has never been frozen.
I marinate meats and chicken overnight to perfect the taste.
I am new to the warren area, but I find it to be the perfect fit for what A-1 Kabob has to offer.
