As Executive Vice President of The Seymour | Weinberger Group, Megan oversees many different aspects of the sales process, including meeting with Fiduciaries to evaluate each asset, reviewing court orders and motions, preparing declarations for testimony, and formulating detailed court reports for clients.
Her extensive knowledge and experience selling court ordered real estate assets, provides clients with efficient and effective solutions when they are appointed to sell properties as part of their case matters.
Megan also spearheads the groups media & marketing division for every listing to ensure every property receives maximum exposure.
From beginning to end, Megan is intricately involved in each stage of the process ensuring every case proceeds smoothly for both the buyer and seller.
Prior to joining The Seymour | Weinberger Group, Megan was the Regional Marketing & Business Development Director for Keller Williams Forward Living.
There, she was responsible for overseeing 12 Keller Williams offices across the Southern California region, launching a media and a public relations division, and increasing the company's production year over year.
Since the start of her executive career in 2012, she has been involved in over $12 Billion in transactions, and has successfully marketed a few of LA's top producing brokers and exclusive properties.
