Bab-Ul-Ilm (BIC) is a Shia Islamic Center located in the Los Angeles area of Southern California. Bab Ul Ilm was established in 1997 and Alhamdulillah we have been housed in our current location since December 2000. Bab-Ul-Ilm was established by Hujjatul Islam Syed Fazil Mosavi who continues to be the Alim and leader of the Center. The center is wholly supported by donations from the community and is registered as a 501(c) organization in the State of California.
