My name is AJ Ferhat and I have been a Real Estate agent since 2015 and prior to working in Real Estate, I held several management and leadership positions within the Walt Disney World Company in sales/retail, customer service, process management, and park & resort operations, which prepared me in understanding clients needs and assisting them in any type of situation.
I’m an effective team player and team builder with strong leadership qualities.
I’m effective at building reputable relationships with high quality clients.I handle the home sale and/or purchase transactions from start to finish and keep the line of communication open with all my partners and clients.I prepare Broker Price Opinion (BPOs') for several Asset Management Companies and provide accurate reports with a 24 hour turn over time.
I proactively solve issues before they bloom into larger problems or even before they happen.
I also help clients that are in Mortgage Default, Pre-Foreclosure proceedings and Short Sale process.I have been living in the Central Florida area since 1990 and I know what it takes to assist my clients in chosing the right location and type of home that they are looking for.
