Many are wondering the history behind "Tio's Mediterranean Grill" or even better who is the Mediterranean one.
To start off the name Tio's came from the backyard catering in which Juan and Enrique use to do during the Covid.
Once you walked into their home the first question you heard was "Which Tio will be cooking my food".
Both Juan and Enrique have been serving Mediterranean food for more than 30+ years.
After reading some of our yelp reviews we all came across that food is universal and anyone can make you a savory plate (if time, dedication and inspiration are in place).
We are three Latinos with the ambition to serve our people with a plate of food that people can say "Man that food was great, I will be back".
