Mohamed, Moe for short, is the founder of The Hummus Guy and the face on the product (something Moe has mixed feelings about). He moved from Tunisia, North Africa to Orange County, California, in 1998 with the hopes of starting a family and living the American dream. One of the things Moe missed the most when he moved was the bold flavors of hummus, he grew up with in his home county. That’s how the idea of The Hummus Guy got started. Moe and team had a lot of learning lessons while expanding into farmer’s markets and retail partners. They are confident they will continue to succeed if they stay committed to their customers and never give up on making the best organic hummus product…no matter what life throws at us.
