    3 starts only because Brenda and Nancy were very helpful when I needed it. I had a bad experience with the agent they currently have, "Janet" who is very rude, has a bad attitude with customers and I wouldn't recommend nobody to make any business with her. I called and asked for help in spanish, I was transferred to her and asked to help me add another vehicle to my policy and 2 more drivers, we added the new vehicle and she was waiting for me to send her the IDs of the new drivers, she still gave me the full amount I was going to pay, the next day she calls me to let me know that I have to pay more for the 2 drivers that were added, I was only concerned because I was not expecting that, but her attitude was horrible, saying that she explained everything to me the day before and that I didn't know nothing about insurance, I tried speaking with Nancy or Brenda and she said that Brenda was no longer working there because she didn't know how to do her job. As co-wokers, you shouldn't say that, and as a customer, we only want somebody who is there to help you, not to make the process harder. Yes, I told her that she didn't know how to do her job either, but this was only a reaction to her impolite way to treat customers. Moving to a new agent, don't want to deal with a bigger problem, but this is something everyone should know about. I should've tried my English (which is not perfect) with Saeda better, as I see good reviews about her. 👎👎

    I have been using Saeda Turk Farmers Insurance for over 10 years when I switched from State Farm. Saeda has been extremely helpful in lowering my insurance cost on all my cars as well as my home owners policy. She has the knowledge to recommend the best policy for your needs. Recently my son just bought a new house and I recommended her to insure his new home as well as his car. Her agency has excellent customer service and are always available when I need them.

    We love Saeda and Farmer's! She is wonderful caring and understanding. Highly recommended! Me and my wife have been with Saeda for around 10 years now. When we first found Saeda we didn't know much about Farmer's Insurance, but for us, they were the best price for the best coverage at the time. 10 years later... between the two of us, we've had 3 minor fender benders, multiple (5 or more) traffic violations, and I messed up big time and got a DUI in 2016. Saeda and Farmer's insurance have taken very good care of us and they are still the best price for the best coverage!

    Moved out of state - contacted office and got directions to get new policy in CO, then call to cancel policy in CA. Didn't speak w/Saeda Turk- was told she is on vacation. Called 7/29 no p/u left vm to cancel my policy and confirm back to me. Called 8/1 no p/u, left vm. Sent email 8/1. No responses - contacted corporate- confirmed that policy is still active. They will contact me in the morning to confirm the cancellation. Completed my request with corporate. Janet? from Saeda Turk's office called me, late in afternoon to ask how she can help me. When I preceded to tell her that I no longer needed her assistance...she rudely interrupted me...giving me excuses and saying that Saeda was on vacation. When I offered her a suggestion to always have second coverage on vm and email box...she again interrupts me as I was speaking. I brought to her attention that she was being very rude and it didn't seem to bother her that a customer was making a comment of this nature to her...she just keep talking. Very rude women and I'm glad I will no longer will be doing business with the El Toro office.
