This used to be a good spot. Not sure what changed. Just 400 on a lamb. And made sure to ask in advance if I'm getting everything included. Yesterday they said they were too busy to include legs and head. Asked about the skin, they said no. Not what I signed up for. Understand that this is the day of aide and they were truly busy, but if when I asked before I buy I was told that's not gonna be a problem. I bought whole lamb before and received everything I needed, but yesterday I was missing parts of the liver, and the guts. I used to like to shop here, I have previously got a few chickens for eggs from here and they were always good hens. Last one I got was a tiny chick for the price of the large and no eggs. Never had issues with the SF location. Will shop there next time.

This used to be my favorite spot for live Chicken not until I start noticing missing chicken parts from my order, so I spotted getting my chicken cut. Thinking that would be a good idea, I ordered whole chicken 2, they’ll mix it with a lesser priced chicken. Who does that? This is the third time it has happened to me, my friends complained about this too. How do you steal from your customers after paying for services?

Great option in Bay Area to get live chicken n poultry stuff. Rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly. You stand in queue , pay for your order at counter and then wait for their staff member to get your cut chicken. Place is not very clean and it’s expected with poultry farm like environments. They have Thursdays special. Buy 5 get 1 free. And the best part is that they have halal processing.

I called this location to ask for the price of one pound of goat meat some Hispanic lady picked up the phone and she spoke English and she just put the phone down and never attended the phone back. I don’t recommend going to this place they are very irresponsible.

Old-fashioned, farm-style fresh (live) poultry. I buy quail, and a flat of duck eggs every time I go. But they have chickens, goat, beef, duck, everything! Nothing frozen. All poultry was ALIVE a few minutes before you walk out the store with it. LOVE IT!
