Ron attended the University of Southern California and graduated with honors in 1992 with a degree in Political Science. Ron then attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995. In 2001, at the young age of 30, he became a partner at the law firm of Ruben & Jones, later Ruben & Makarem, before starting Makarem & Associates in 2004.
Throughout his entire legal career, he has dedicated his practice to litigating on behalf of the consumer and strives to maintain the public's respect for the legal profession. A native to Los Angeles, he enjoys watching and coaching his daughters' soccer teams during his free time.

a week agoHorrible law firm and a total waste of time! Attorney Aidan McGlaze is extremely uncaring and he lies every opportunity he gets. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone when calling. Do NOT believe their fake 5--star reviews. BEWARE!

a week agoThe WORST. Apparently they refuse to represent minority clients. We were told one thing over the phone and then severely abused and mistreated for obvious reason. More reviews and complaints coming as we continue to share the experience with others!

8 years agoIn my opinion Ron is among the best attorneys in the business. He is smart and a strong advocate for you and your rights. At the same time, he will never mislead you and is forthright when it comes to addressing your case's chances of success. Ron has a strong team of attorneys that he works with. They all helped make a difference in my case. Complex litigation is never fun and I would never wish it on anyone, but Makarem and his team streamlined the process to the point that it never stressed me out. I have only the best things to say about the team at Makarem and Associates.

8 years agoNow here is an attorney who truly cares about his clients. I came to Ron with a case that had very little chance of success and like a miracle worker, he came through. His professionalism gives me hope that our legal system may not be as broken as it sometimes seems. Ron is a true champion of the "little guy." He took my case against my former employer when I had no money to offer him and only long odds against a large and well-funded company with a team of attorney's ready to challenge him. Ron and his band of maverick attorneys were undaunted and took down a Goliath.
