Represented clients before competition authorities in relation with essential-patent licensing and FRAND policies. For seven years as an in-house counsel, managed dozens of cases involving patent and related antitrust/competition law in the US, UK, Netherlands, and Germany, and served as the lead negotiation counsel in numerous major IP deals in the telecom industry.
