In 1977, owner Nasser Nikkhahmanesh opened his first Persian restaurant, Shish Kebab House, in the West Valley. Eventually, he followed that with the modest-sized Wine & Kebab in Scottsdale. Ultimately he built his vision for the perfect restaurant, Persian Room, which continues the now 28-year long legacy of enthralling Valley diners with the best in Persian cuisine.
