Nouha’s Sajj & Manoushe

Nouha has been baking bread ever since she was a young girl. Growing up, she helped her mother bake sajj for various events. After immigrating to the U.S.A from Lebanon, she brought the Sajj oven with her and continued to spread the Middle Eastern culture and cuisines to those who also miss and crave the food of their homeland.
