we specialized in Lebanese cuisine and baked goods such as Fatayer and Manakish. We also have an array of french and Lebanese pastry as well as fresh juices and assorted bread. Our Pita bread is well known for it is quality and long life without preservative.

The business started in 1986 by making the authentic Lebanese pita bread and grew to have varieties of middle eastern goods.

The bakery business runs in the family. Started from childhood helping my father run a small bakery back home where everything done by hand. We evolved with the industry where now all the baking process is automated.
