​Naji Boutros started his real estate endeavors back in college. Having studied and read various books on investing, & real estate, he was finally able to pull the trigger in 2010. He bought his first rental condo in Santa Clarita shortly after the real estate bubble burst.

After 4 years of real estate investing, he finally got his real estate license and dove in full time. He's a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. He servers most of LA county.

Now Naji and his team have helped many people improve their financial future with real estate investing, going from renting to home ownership, and/or assisting with loan modifications and other workout options.
