3 weeks agoLovely atmosphere, very good flavors, and attentive service...at times TOO attentive. I was in town for a conference and decided to just have one solo, quiet meal to take a break. It's just the right noise level - bustling enough to feel safe and comfortable, but not so loud as to not be able to hear myself talk. The food was quite good. I loved my lamb dish. But the kale I got on the side was inedibly salty. I ate a few bites but couldn't keep going. Usually the wait staff would have asked if I didn't enjoy it or something if a dish was barely touched but here they did not, and just took it away. They did, however, spend almost 3 minutes recommending and describing half the menu. It was too much, especially because I didn't even ask for recommendations. I was also trying to relax with headphones in and watch a video while eating my meal, but the server kept coming by to ask me how everything was when I clearly had headphones in. The Sesame dessert was interesting and excellent!

3 months agoWe visited here for my husband’s birthday. My friend recommended this place for special occasions so i went there. The staffs were welcoming and nice and it was nice that they explain what’s in the dish. Only downside was that the our waiter told us he’s suggesting things based on our orders and we ordered the short rib and he recommended us to oder some starch with it. When the short rib arrived, we were just overwhelmed with the size of the dish. It was completely for more than 4 people. We were just 2 and had 3 appetizers already. I wish the waiter could suggest that how big is the short rib and order the half size instead of the full size instead of ordering the starch on the top of it. All the menu we ordered tasted amazing. we both loved eggplant dish. Will definitely go back!

a month agoMy fiancé took me here to celebrate International Women's Day. We were seated on the second floor, which was wonderful because of the intimate lighting and fewer crowds than on the first floor. The service was wonderful, although the hostess's greeting at the front felt a bit cold. The food was delicious, especially the lamb tartare, which I tried for the first time. The potatoes were included with almost every dish, which was great because I love them. We ordered potatoes as a side dish as well, but it was too much, and we couldn't even finish it. The Farro dish wasn't that good for either of us. Overall, the experience was good, and we would definitely come back.

2 months agoWe’ve been patrons of Mourad since 2016, consistently delighted by our experiences. Yet, our visit last night transcended all previous ones. The culinary execution was simply sublime. Every dish, from the sumptuous milk bread to our staple order of short ribs, was impeccable. The flavors and textures have always been impressive, but this time, they were exceptional. The addition of dashi to the salmon and barramundi enhanced these dishes and elevated the dining experience even more so. The couscous is simply out of this world.

4 weeks agoThe appetizers were great, entrees were fine but not amazing. Dessert was good! The restaurant is very beautiful, and seats are somewhat space out.
