Mom’s Products was founded in 1999 by Ben, a family oriented man who wanted to bring the tastiest Mediterranean flavors to homes all over Southern California.

The origin of the name is derived from an acronym of Ben’s sons– Mohsen, Omar, Malik, and his wife, Sophia. Each and every one of them contributed with the evolution of Mom’s products– whether it was the recipes, production, or taste.

The main goal that the family had for this company was to ensure the appetizers tasted homemade, which is a promise Mom’s Products will always keep. What was founded on the basis of family will continue to be maintained with each and every customer.

I bought their product (original hummus, beets hummus, and red pepper hummus) at the farmers market in Redondo beach. They don't give you to try it, so decided to buy anyway. This is the worse hummus I ever ate... taste like it was already so old. Not yummy at all. In the store hummus is much better. I usually buying hummus in farmers markets, but another vendors, and Mom's hummus is not even close to other brands. Well never buy it again. Waste of money.

I bought their products at a Farmer’s Market and I’ve been hooked since! The Kitchen sink is absolutely delicious, and I’m in love with their Red Pepper Hummus. I appreciate that there is no dairy in the Hummus I enjoyed, as I have a dairy intolerance. They have great whole wheat pita bread too. Not every dip is to my liking, in that some I prefer over others, but they are all fresh and they have “enjoy by” dates and I have been told when to eat them by, and they are definitely worth trying out until you find the bunch that you will enjoy, again and again. Try not to eat the whole thing in one night, I dare you! Like Uter from the Simpsons denying himself chocolate, is me trying to deny myself the pleasure of scarfing down their 5 star, homemade hummus. And if you don’t like it, let them know! I know they’d be happy to get you something you do like, because I’ve met them before and they’re a nice family business who want nothing more than to provide great customer service with a fantastic set of products. Try them out now!

Good God, their pesto garlic dip is insane, and I usually don't eat pesto. Have returned home to London and now need to try and recreate this. Their chipotle hummus was decent too. Wish I could find similar products in the UK.
