Attorney Mohammad (Moe) Ahmad received a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University. With justice and advocacy in mind, he attended Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School where he earned a juris doctorate degree with a concentration in litigation.

Moe is a former prosecutor of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. With a decade of experience as an attorney, Moe has extensive experience in both criminal and real estate law. During his years with the prosecutor's office, he tried thousands of criminal, traffic and DUI cases. Now in private practice, Moe continues to maintain a reputation for being well-skilled, fair and honest.

Moe's primary practice areas consist of criminal law, DUI, traffic matters and real estate transactions. His philosophy regarding the practice of law is not only to be his clients' lawyer, but also a counselor at law.

He uses his sharp legal skills and knowledge of the law to deploy a competent, aggressive and effective legal strategy to protect his clients' interests. He is well-skilled at negotiating and is ready to litigate when necessary to protect his client.

Moe is well accomplished in the legal field. He received the prestigious award as "Prosecutor of the Year" in 2011. Moe was nominated and received the distinction of "Top 100 Trial Lawyer" and “Top 40 under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2015, Moe was nominated and received the distinction as the top "10 Best Lawyers in Illinois" from the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys. He was also recognized as "Top 40 under 40" by The American Society of Legal Advocates. In 2016, Moe was honored by the NWSBA with the distinct honor of the "President's Award" for his work and leadership in the legal community. In 2019 and 2020, Moe was nominated by his legal peers and received the honor of distinction as a "Super Lawyer."

Moe is a well-respected leader in the legal community. He is a current member of the Board of Governors and was elected to sit on the Executive Committee as the First Vice President of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (NWSBA), which consists of approximately 600 lawyers. He is also a chairperson of both the criminal and traffic substantive law committee, the bench-bar relations committee and the finance committee for the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
