I am a US citizen and an attorney admitted to practice in both California and New York.

I am a Fordham Law and Georgetown Law graduate where I focused my studies on Intellectual Property, Employment Law, Business Law, and Entertainment Law.

I drafted and negotiated NDAs, LOIs, and multiple transactional agreements including licensing contracts for high-end clientele, employment agreements, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, distribution agreements, talent and model agreements.

I am multi-lingual; I am fluent in English and Arabic, intermediate in French, and I am learning Korean as part of my passion to acquire new languages and explore different cultures.

Being multi-cultural, I enjoy working in diverse environments and aim to establish successful relationships in whatever situation I find myself in.
