Chabbouh h med, the chef and CEO of Marsa Lounge and Catering, emigrated from Tunisia in 1995 after studying in one of the best chef schools in Tunisia and working in French, Lebanese, Turkish, Italian and Greek nutritional analysis laboratories.
He then began a career in the food industry as a executive chef in the Intercontinental Jeddah than moved to Grand Hyatt Dubai and finally the Royal Manceaux Paris, while expanding his expertise with a French culinary education. Now Mou brings authentic Old World Mediterranean cuisine to your dining room.
Mou's newest venture is the Marsa Lounge & Catering, which serves Central Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Venice, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and Playa Vista.
