A month ago, my grandma was looking to make an appointment for grandpa. My grandpa was presenting for back pain suddenly with out any reason and denying to go to hospital because covid situation. My grandma was told by friend to call Dr. Mikhail. I can’t forget how she was telling me that in that office an angel was there and offering immediately appointment on same day. After their second appointment I brought my grandpa to his appointment and is how I met Norma at front desk . Very helpful and sweet lady. I highly recommend that office.

I’m very disappointed at Dr Marianne Mikhail for being so careless about her patients and their medical conditions. Although I reassured them that I had negative covid test result done by a medical facility and I just needed the Dr to examine my lungs and confirm I was on the right path of treatment and diagnosis, they repeated themselves that Dr could examine you only through tele-house. Finally my appt time comes and their system fails to send me text messages to be able to connect for tele-house. Everything was fine with my phone and I had been receiving text messages from everybody else. I asked the staff if I could talk with the doctor now that their tele house system was not able to connect us, they kept rejecting me that doctor was saying she could only talk with you through tele house system and not on personal phone. Seriously? Dr. couldn’t pick up the ofc phone and talk with her patient to see if she was able to breathe? I asked for simple phone conversation!!!! I think you’re in the wrong profession Dr. Michail. This is not a business, this is a profession that needs compassion and caring. I totally understand that you have to protect yourself and your staff but there is a limit to everything. A simple phone conversation listening to your patient could not make anyone sick. It would’ve shown your empathy and professional conduct for your practice.

This was my second visit with Dr. Mikhail. She is very patient and a wonderful Dr. She spent an hour with me the first visit and about 40 mins the second visit. She allows me to express my concerns, ask all my questions and doesn't rush during the visit. Her office staff is friendly and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mikhail and the office to all my friends and family members.

Staff is very friendly and will always call back when a message is left. Doctor Marianne listens to your concerns and is very attentive. They will try their best to get you in with short notice.

Very friendly staff Dr Mikhail is thorough, efficient, gives her complete attention with questions and concerns, provides information n education, very pro active with my care and preventative measures to insure my cont good health.
