Mae Munir Innabi

Mae Innabi is a dedicated, diligent, and highly effective attorney with experience providing professional legal representation to a wide range of commercial clients including business owners, landlords, property investors, and entrepreneurs regarding entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, residential and commercial leasing, and a variety of other business, real estate and landlord law, and estate and succession planning.
After completing an internship with Raytheon Missile Systems and serving as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, Snell & Wilmer, and the State Bar of Arizona, Ms. Innabi received her license to practice from the State Bar of Arizona in 2013 with a certification in international business and trade law. She then founded and managed Innabi Law Firm, PLLC until joining RL&L as a leading member of the Transactional Team.

Mae’s goal is to help her clients build a strong foundation on which to thrive, including business formation, business planning, contract drafting and review, intellectual property protection, and succession planning. Her approach to legal matters is simply to find the most practical and cost-effective solution that will protect her clients’ interests and accomplish their goals.
