History

Established in 2006.

The Kasbah is small family owned business located on the famous "Drag" in Austin, TX. It is owned and operated by friendly passionate people who absolutely love hookahs and the whole hookah experience. Our staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about hookah pipes and we're here to answer any questions you might have and attend to your every need. The Kasbah first opened its doors in the fall of 2006 with intention of providing a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the ultimate hookah lounge experience. Inside The Kasbah hookah lounge you will find hand picked pottery, artifacts, and decor from the Middle East. We meticulously decorated the inside of the lounge to make you feel as if you were in the heart of a Moroccan market.

Business Owner

My name is Sami Romman and my brother and I recently took over The Kasbah as of August 1, 2009.  We've been in the hookah business now for about 9 years operating a wholesale and distribution business of hookah pipes, hookah tobacco, and hookah accessories.

We love hookah pipes and the everything about the hookah culture and we hope to transfer our love to The Kasbah.
