Inshallah Food Truck

This place used to be amazing when it was run by Victor. Now it’s just average and the few times I’ve been back they never have tabouli or baba ghanouj. They didn’t even have falafels and the hummus was very average. Very meat heavy now and apparently will start serving burgers.

No bueno.. the reviews are from American washed people who never had shwarma.. the chicken shwarma tastes homemade , by white folks, no seasoning, made on grill, not on the big rack.. not authentic at all. That being said, the food wasn't bad at all. It just wasn't shwarma.. you can just call it an american chicken wrap..

i came in and ordered. they only had the beef rice bowl available and not anything else. i ordered it and got a very thin slice of tomato, and a little pickle and onions too. they also asked if i wanted a rice or fries base and i said rice, but they gave me both. the meat was overcooked.

I did not care for the fried chicken pita. It was pretty mediocre. Nice guys working this place tucked into a gas station, though.

This is like a hole in the wall.. but don’t be fooled by its looks. The foods taste like the authentic arabic/middle eastern cuisine. We have visited NYC, Washington DC and downtown San Francisco to taste what the good guys served but they all don’t taste like the one from middle east but this one does.
