Real estate is no longer the act of listing a home on the MLS and waiting for the buyer to reach you. It is rather how often a property becomes exposed on an international level so it could be seen all over the world in different languages. Traditional open houses no longer exist, it is creating the suspense to gather the crowd to attend the grand open house is what creates demand. In other words, I apply all the new rules of real estate in order to drive value and I negotiate to ensure that not a single buck is left on the table so that a transaction is closed smoothly and is memorable and the goal is to gain a lifetime client that also generates other referrals.
