Dr. William Nabeel Bichai, MD

Honestly I was very very appalled at his unprofessional behavior. Went in for a physical and he started asking about my personal life and carreer path ect. I told him I'm unable to work due to a long history of debilitating mental illness. He rudely interrupted me and insisted I'm able to work and im prolly jus being "lazy" cuz im "young" mind you he's a kidney Dr not a psychiatrist or a therapist and has no training in mental health. I really don't think he should be speaking something that isn't his business Or in his profession. He loves to talk over his patients and u wait hours for him to only walk in talk over you and fiddle around on his phone and walk out. Never going back. Very rude and arrogant.

I have never met a more compassionate and helpful doctor in all my life! Myself and my husband have had different forms of health issues though out our lives so I've seen several doctors. None that actually listen or care to get to the bottom of a health issue. But Bichai does. I've never had a doctor listen but he takes more time with each patient so he can. He is brilliant like a body scientist someone who studies medication and the facts he doesn't just no he knows! And he's willing to help. I totally adore and appreciate him! Thanks so much! And let's not forget his team. There is a whole lot more I can say but he has the best girls working with him as well. Thanks isn't enough to express the appreciation I have for them all.

I’m grateful to Jehovah God for the gift of Dr. Bichai to our family. Specially my mother, 83, who has been his patient for well over a decade. His attention to detail & ability to listen to patients concerns seriously sets him apart from all other care she’s ever received. He also visits her when she’s having a difficult time. And he’s always available for questions from any of our family. If only he can be cloned into every medical discipline, nation-wide, people would suffer a lot less! Thank you Doctor!

Dr. Bichai is a compassionate and helpful doctor. He always takes time to listen to his patients. He is not just a great doctor but also a great human being. He is always approachable and provides best suggestions and advice to his patients for their wellbeing.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. The staff are kind and are able to see me promptly. I have been given first class care and will continue to be a patient here for life. Dr. Bichai has taken wonderful care of me and my family
