Dr. Samir Edward Hage, DO

I am 18 weeks pregnant. Called to book an appointment as my employer changed my insurance and this office and Dr is listed as accepting new patients and are in network. The receptionist states she doesn't see me in their system. I let her know I am new and need a new OB and to set up an appointment as my old one is now out of network with my new insurance. She tells me they can't take me because they are only taking new pregnancies not transfers. I said what is the difference? To them I am new. I need a new OB my old one can't see me anymore and advised her they are listed as taking new patients. She just repeated they are only taking new pregnancies not transfers. So because I ever saw another Dr that means I can't get care? The most absurd thing I've ever heard. I reported to Cigna that their "accepting new patients" staus on their registry is garbage.

I'm a little over 5 months postpartum and I Absolutely loved all the employees here!! They cared for me throughout my first ever pregnancy and I'm incredibly greatful and happy I found such an incredible obgyn office. They listened to all my concerns and genuinely cared for me. So so so glad I was able to find them!! My nurse practitioner was amazing!! Definitely would recommend going here for care, especially for pregnancy. Forever grateful for my nurse practitioner and the other office employees🖤

Never even got to meet Dr. Hage. Stuck seeing the NP for 30 weeks & had multiple problems with the service, including them not renewing my regular medication & causing me to become very sick! They only authorized Labcorp which constantly messed up my tests (didn’t report them, did the wrong ones, threw out my samples for no reason) so Dr. Hage decided to drop me at 30 weeks. Who does that? I otherwise have a very normal run of the mill pregnancy with no complications, thankfully! I will be filing a formal grievance with my insurance and the medical board for mistreatment.

Terrible Staff, they do not care about human life , they have no sense of responsibility . If your pregnant and looking for a OBGYN That really care about you and your baby , You are definitely in the wrong place . Careless with their interpretation of early ultrasound , they never follow up with you . They will make you emotional unstable and very insecure ! Moreover, if the staff behaving like this theirs no leader here witch mean you are in the Hand of the wrong Doctor , however You will not see Dr Samir el Hage ! He’s in Total absentee , even if you demand to see him or speak to him they will brush you off . I Hope you will make the right decision ! For the sake of your baby well_being !

Just choose elsewhere. Had my obgyn appointments when I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 6 and I can still vividly remember the bad experiences here. He’s dismissive, not attentive, doesn’t communicate well. The lady NP, same thing. Apparent that all they care about is billing your insurance.
