I scheduled an appointment at this clinic. They took an X-ray of my teeth and noticed that I needed a deep cleaning. When I went to do the cleaning I found out that my insurance covers 80% of the total cost. After it was all done, my insurance didn’t cover the deep cleaning and nor did it cover the antibiotics. My copay would’ve been $630 with the antibiotics but I decided not to take any, so in the end it was $330 (for one side only). The total cost of this procedure out of pocket, including the X-ray was $3300. I spent almost the entire day anesthetized (3x anesthesia) and I couldn’t feel the left side of my mouth. The next day I felt that a tooth on the left side of my mouth was sharp. Soon I noticed that the filling I had gotten at the dentist the previous year was removed. I wasn’t able to come back the next day but when the weekend came by I decided to schedule another appointment. So they took another X-ray and noticed that indeed I no longer had my filling on that tooth. I asked if I would have to pay anything. They said that I had to pay because if the filling had been removed the technician that did the procedure would have made an observation. So I would have to pay for this filling. It was absurd because the prices were high and they did not give me the attention needed. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.
Always happy with the service and care at Bright-now Dental in Temecula. This time especially, since I had a wisdom tooth removed. Absolutely zero pain during the procedure (even for the numbing injection) and tooth was out before I even knew it. Actually, really surprised at how painless the process was. Experience counts. Doctor Hong knows his stuff.
I had a very pleasant experience during my visit with Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics. The gentle and caring attention given by the whole staff helps to create a sense of trust and comfort within their patients.

I’ve had to change dentists over the past few years due to moving and finally have found a place I trust! Everyone here is very kind, helpful, and personable! The service is efficient and getting an appointment isn’t complicated or ridiculously far in the future. Glad to be a customer here.
I've had a really great experience here so far. I had gone to a different Bright Now dental and they were a nightmare so I changed to this one and they really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and treated with care. Will definitely be staying with this dental office
