 Dr. Faridi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2000, his DDS degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2004 and his M.D. degree from University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in 2007. He is currently Staff Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA and Assistant Adjunct Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

 Dr. Faridi completed a General Surgery Internship, LAC-USC Medical Center, Dept. of General Surgery in June 2008 and was Chief Resident at the LAC-USC Medical Center, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from May 2009 to July 2010.

Dr. Faridi has been the Faculty Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at the VA Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA, including training of Dental General Practice Residents in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry from August 2010 to the present. He has also been Assistant Professor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Loma Linda University School of Dentistry since November 2010.

Dr. Faridi has received many awards during his career, including the R.L. Fowkes/L.J. Fogel Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in Oral Pathology in 2004 and is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society

Dr. Faridi holds several professional positions, including Co-Chair, Dental Implant Board, VA Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA, Co-Chair, Outpatient Anesthesia Providers Board, VA Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA, and Fellow, Southern California Academy of Oral Pathology. He is a licensed physician, oral and maxillofacial surgeon and holds a California General Anesthesia Permit. He is a fellow in the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, the Southern California Association of Oral Pathology and a member of the American Medical Association.

In his private practice Dr. Faridi surgically places over 250 dental implants per year. He also has priveleges at Queen of the Valley Hospital, Intercommunity Medical Center, and the VA Medical Center at Loma Linda.

    Awesome experience. Dr was compassionate and gentle. Went in for implant procedure and did not feel a thing during the procedure! Well recommended..
