Dr. Nejat A. Jalisi MD

My wife had an urgent appointment arranged with the clinic, and she diligently called them multiple times to confirm if her health insurance was accepted and whether she could continue seeing her preferred doctor. The clinic assured her that everything was in order and promptly scheduled the appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, she arrived and patiently waited for about 40 minutes as they re-verified all the details. To her dismay, they informed her that her insurance no longer covered her with them and advised her to visit another office with a different doctor. This entire ordeal left her feeling intensely frustrated and exhausted, particularly since her issue was of utmost urgency. It was a significant time-waster, as she had to leave work, navigate through traffic back and forth, only for the clinic to cancel everything based on their earlier false confirmation. Needless to say, she decided not to engage with that clinic again. It's disheartening because she genuinely admires Dr. Nejat's care, but the clinic's staff made it glaringly apparent that they weren't suitable for their roles and weren't taking their responsibilities seriously.

I had an urgent appointment sat up with them and I called multiple times to confirm if they accept my health insurance and that if I can still see my doctor with them and they CONFIRMED everything is in good order so they made the appointment for me. And on the day of the appointment I went in spent 40 minutes for them to re-check everything and then then they told me that I’m no longer covered with them and that I should go to another office with another doctor. That was really frustrating and exhausting especially it was an urgent issue for me and a waste of my time as well. I left my work going through traffic back and forth just for them to cancel everything and for giving me a false confirmation. I’m never going to deal with them again. It’s a shame because I really like dr Nejat. But the staff made it clear that they’re not fit for their position and they don’t take it seriously as they should.

This is well overdue and long awaited... I gave a sufficient amount of time for this place to correct service....staff is rude and every called is answered with please hold which leads to a 10-15 wait to speak with someone who doesn't know anything about anything... in person appointment have a 30 min wait time and telehealth appointments are even worse! I went and told the Dr's office multiple times about my stomach before i Experienced kidney failure most recently incident was the nurse insinuated that i was a liar because my therapist has rules that she doesnt agree ..all my interactions with this facility are recorded via phone and video with this place...the office it a joke.. I'm reporting them to the board of medicine.

I'm a new patient for Dr. Jalisi and I'm really satisfied of the office's staff. They are friendly and polite. Dr. Jilaisi took proporiate time for chrecking my health situation. She is skilled enough and confident. Thank you very much

Doctor Jalisi has been my M.D. for several years. She is very caring and even if an N.P. is helping out for the day, she makes sure that she comes in to verify all of the information and treatment plan. I wouldn't want another Doctor. Her staff have always been kind, professional and prompt. I have never had to wait a long time to see the Doctor. Robin Brown
