Dr. Nasser graduated from the Western Univ Health Sci College of Osteopathic Medicine of The Pacific in 2004. He works in Pomona, CA and 3 other locations and specializes in Family Medicine.
Overall, I experienced wonderful and friendly service. The front staff ladies were very friendly and made me feel welcome and safe. I came in with a cough that I couldnt shake, and the Doctor gave advice on what to do in order to help get rid of it. Would highly recommend coming here.
More pleasant than Concentra on Fairway View Place. I basically felt dismissed by Concentra, the girl at the front desk told me to go to Rapid Care Urgent Care so I did. Rapid Care was very welcoming, polite, friendly, and professional from the time I walked in. Front desk, nurses...all wonderful. The doctor that I saw was genuinely caring, explained to me that I had elbow bursitis and he explained what he could do to take care if it. And he explained it to me in DETAIL! Instead of having a nurse prep my elbow for the procedure, he did it himself. He was kind and caring and very informative. He explained what to do for my aftercare in detail. What a great place! I highly recommend them!!
This and another urgent care were the only two 24hr open near me, I was desperate. I had pink eye and a bad sore throat. The other urgent care wouldn’t take my insurance. This one did and saw me right away. The staff was very friendly and quick to help me. Got my prescription for antibiotics and was on my way! Another time I called for just some advice! Didn’t want to come in for something that they could probably help me over the phone with and they were so nice and answered my question! Solved my problem. I was very satisfied with the way everyone at this urgent care helped me. Thank you to the staff, nurses and doctor! Very professional and respectful:)
DO NOT GO HERE! They do not provide urgent care 24 hours a day. Showed up at 6, didn't see a doctor until 8. I was first in line, the doctors show up when they want to I guess. The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience, rude, abrupt, and rushing me through the process. The doctor looked at me for all of 2 minutes, diagnosed me, then excused me. I feel terrible and I'm seeking a second opinion. You could find more warmth in an ice bucket.
Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice and both times I was misdiagnosed. The most recent was most alarming for me. The doctor said I had bacterial dermatitis, I found out a few days later it was actually shingles. The pain was so intense and the medication the doctor prescribed did absolutely nothing for me. I recommend you check out Lani City Urgent Care in Rancho.
