Dr. Mohsen Mahmoud El Ramah, MD

I had a disappointing experience with the medical staff and assistants; they were unhelpful when I needed a referral for an injury. Despite my son's daily calls for a week seeking a follow-up, we received no assistance. Additionally, the front desk staff were discourteous. I advise seeking care elsewhere, as this level of service seems typical in the Imperial Valley. Proceed with caution if considering this facility. I wish I could give it minus STARS.

The PA is wonderful (Iten). She took her time and addressed all my concerns. I’m a new patient and haven’t seen the doctor yet, but I’d be happy staying with the PA I saw. However, the front desk staff needs to up their customer service skills. Not welcoming at all, and borderline rude.

I've been a patient since the replacement of Dr. Reisin and I feel very well taken care of by Dr. El Ramah and staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr. El Ramah since he replaced Dr. risen. I could not be happier with him. He listens and is extremely knowledgeable. I always feel like I’m in good hands. He used to have staff issues, but that has all changed, everyone there is now extremely friendly. I recommend him highly to anyone.

The young lady in the fromt desk is very RUDE, good doctor but its very sad to get treated like she did to me . Wont be going back🥹
