I have been a patient for more than 7 years. I really love The service I have everything in one building. You don't have to wait for a long time to see the doctor when you have an appointment. Sometimes it's hard to find an appointment. But they also have a waiting list. I'm very happy with the service

Although I have been to this doctor for years, I am extremely disappointed and angered by her lack of willingness to help. I requested a referral to a breast cancer specialist as I have hypoechoic masses growing larger in both my breasts for over 2 years and RMC sees no need to perform a biopsy. Becoming increasingly concerned, I requested a referral to UCLA, (UCLA requires a referral from my primary doctor) so, doing as UCLA requested, I asked and my doctor and she flat out refused my request. She said that since my 6 month follow up was still 2 months away that she will not write me a referral for the 2nd opinion. I wonder if she would accept this treatement if this were her own body.

I injured myself on the 20th of October went in to urgent care was there for 2 hours doctor told me I ruptured my calf muscles and was given a referral to Ortho in same facility. Said I should receive call by Tuesday if not I should call. So I did and was given an appointment for Dec 29th. I replied I actually need it sooner you have 2 weeks from a severe injury to fix or it can become permanent, was told she would run it through review process to maybe move up my appointment no answer all day Tuesday. I'm at 12 days no calls. Please don't come looking for ortho medical attention here you won't find it. My Dr is in this facility and he is awesome. But Ortho dropped the ball.

The attention given to patients is great. Staff works very hard to make you feel comfortable in your time of discomfort. They are respectful of your privacy.

The building is new it’s way better than Riverside Brockton not a lot of people and staff is super nice. Not a long wait at all.
