This is the second time that I had an serious injury and did not receive the proper help that I needed. A couple of years ago I injured my lower back and couldn't work. He sent me for x-rays and told me he didn't see anything. I told him I was in a lot of pain and couldn't work. He just prescribed some pain medication. It took about a month to finally get him to send me to get an MRI, and found out I had a slipped disk in my lower back. I was out on disability for about 4 months doing physical therapy. But he didn't put me on disability for about a month an a half after my injury. Now I dislocated my knee and again he would not put me on disability. Even though my knee was super swollen and couldn't walk straight. It's been more than 2 months since my injury and I still don't have full function of my knee. I can't lock my knee and can't do my job but he still won't put me on disability. He said I should get another job. Freaken ridiculous!! I am very done with this doctor. If you're looking for a doctor who cares about you keep looking because he's not it.

Thank you, Dr. Ali and Staff. I was able to make an appointment, on ZocDoc, for the next day, as a new patient. Dr. Ali explained everything to me and was extremely thorough. He did not rush me or make me feel that I was taking up his time. I had a lot of questions and he answered each and every question. This is what wonderful doctors do for their patients. The front staff was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I have now switched to having Dr. Ali be my primary physician. I am so glad I found this office. :)

I did not have the best experience with this doctor. I came in with knee pain after a sports injury and he immediately told me I did not tear anything and I had to advocate for an MRI. Turns out I had a partial ACL tear after getting the results. I was diagnosed with diabetes and was given medicine that made me nauseous. I was never guided to check my blood sugar or perscribed a glucose testing kit until I asked. I am not sure why I received the quality of care that I did, but I do not feel this doctor had my best interest in mind. I don’t think my symptoms were taken seriously.

The staff is great and the doctor is wonderful. He always listens to the patient's worries and finds solutions. Other doctors in the area have a habit of ignoring the patient's worries. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
