Dr. Mikael‘s staff is caring and attentive and very pleasant. Dr took the time to listen to my health concerns. He’s a pro and helped me when I was in a lot of pain. I highly recommend him to my family and friends. - Sawsan Makari

Dr. Ho is a horrible doctor. Egotistical with absolutely no bedside manner. Before looking at my paperwork, giving me an exam or hushing me so I could not talk or tell him my background, he already knew what he was going to prescribe; the exact same medication I have been taking but lowering it until there’s nothing. I went in for a back issue in which I have 2 titanium rods/screws, a shoulder that needs a replacement and a hip that needs surgery also for a tear in my muscle and severe arthritis. His next move was 10mg of Vicodin a day. I can’t even walk!!!

This dr might have good faith in treating you but he has the most terrible way to keep in touch with patients: He doesn’t call you after the procedure ( I had surgeries before and the dr has called me to see how I was doing), they NEVER return the phone calls, if you experience any problem and you are not dying to call 911forget about to contact this doctor. The people who assist this dr is indifferent, and it is useless to leave a message so if you have pain after a procedure, the prescription is not good for you, or just you want a follow up appointment , they ( the dr and his staff) simply don’t care about you

Bad office. So far after five weeks they have not been able to give the state the correct paper work for my on going treatment. I also had a complete shoulder replacement about three weeks ago. I guess their version of pain management is to see how much the patient can endure, added pain from major surgery plus my everyday pain being treated. I was told this was all done and no problems, it is not. I am having four more surgeries at least, all pain related all major operations that will require hospital stays. Makes me not want to have them done, no pain management after surgery and what I am now going through is totally wrong, no meds, post op. Guess I have to get better to receive my normal meds. Thanx Pain Medicine Associates for making the quality of my life worse and absolutely no reason for it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They refuse to see me in the office after treating me in the hospital. "Office protocol" is to not schedule office visits without email ok from the PA. Are you kidding me? He doesn't have a cell phone? I have been trying to get in since Monday, it is now Thursday! I guess the ER or urgent care is the answer. RUN don't walk away from this place. Office staff rude and not compassionate at all. I'm a nurse and I have never experienced such a lack of caring. Sad very sad!
