If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front office staff was kind, but the moment we got taken back, the back office MA had zero manners, kept asking the same questions over and over, and was writing down the wrong information. The doctor finally came in the room and started grilling us over who referred us, but never once introduced herself. I can see where the lack of bedside manners come from, because she too had zero compassion and was totally careless. She had an emergency thru the short few minutes in the room before she abruptly walked out. After about 15 minutes she came back in, said there was nothing she could do for us and the MA was back to give us lab orders. Already called our insurance, but I hope this helps anyone considering going to this facility.

She's extremely rude and unprofessional. It can be overlooked if she was a good doctor but less than mediocre is the best way to describe her service. She constantly cancels appointments last minute and leaves the rescheduling task to the patient without prioritizing their inconvenience . She does not follow up with labs and expects the patient to know and read results. She is part of the Hispanic Physician of SoCal association but is rude to her Spanish speaking ELDERLY patients. Front desk staff is no help and reflects their leaders lack of customers service.

I love Dr Jalil for her concern and care for me. She takes the time to talk with me and is encouraging me to do what's best for m to be in good health. I was a mess when I went to her as a new patient. She gives me direction in a compassionate way to follow through with my treatment so I can be healthy and happy.. I take notes and ask questions. She makes me laugh too and I always feel better when I leave the office to get my labs or whatever I need to do to stay on top of my progress. Her staff is kind and caring as well. I have to do my part in order for her to do hers. It's a win win result. I thank God for her and her help.

She's great! There is a wait in the office sometimes but my grandmother was with her until she was 96 years old and now my mom is going there. She really knows how to read the labs and fine tune to keep things going smoothly. Her specialty seems to be older folks..It's well worth the wait if you want loved ones to be around for a while.
