The front office staff doesn't greet u when u come In and the wait is always painfully long but the absolute worst thing is the filthiness of the exam rooms. I felt like I needed a shower after seeing it. Also, I'm not talking about a days worth of dirt dust hair and bugs but had to be weeks. I have no idea why the health department hasn't shut this place down.
This place is NEVER on time. Both times here we waited 2 plus hours past our appointment time. They were extremely rough with the water and suction and didn’t listen to my Daughter when she said they were hurting her. Bathroom doors are disgusting and the floors look as though they haven’t seen a mop in years! I’ll be purchasing private dental insurance shortly cause I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy to this place.
Henry was very informative and friendly. He went over my treatment and payment plan with great detail. He answered all of my questions and never seemed bothered when I asked him to repeat details or go over medical terms. He was also very personable. 10/10 service.
No customer service at all. I understand that everyone has bad days but majority if my visits to this location were not a good experience. The ladies upfront don't check you in correctly at times. I've received 2 emails that I've missed my appointment when in reality I didn't. I was there on time at my appointments.
TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!

The front desk staff is aggressive and unprofessional. Not only do they not greet you but they don't answer the phones and they have a recording that says that the office is closed. the woman that "helped" was so rude I left. she was watching a youtube video with earbuds the whole time I was there. when I asked the price she told me that she would have to call my insurance. Oh my god you will have put you phone down and do you job at work !!!!! Terrible
