Where do I start such an amazing office to work for? I’ve been in dentistry for quite some time and this office has an amazing culture, friendly and very professional environment. I enjoy coming to work, and if you’re looking for a dental home in the Inland Empire look no further, and let’s not forget the office has state-of-the-art technology. Five stars, hands down!

First time at this office and I have to say I was impressed! I called on Thursday and was able to book a next day appointment not only for myself but for my entire family. 4 of us were seen at 8am the next morning. I was confused at first because my last office was only open 3 days a week and I usually had to wait 2 weeks for an open day! Great customer service from the first call I made to the very end. Irene was such a pleasure and she was so good with my 3 year old daughter. Irene really made my daughter feel comfortable throughout our visit. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Johnson and she was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Johnson suggested a few procedures and showed great interest in her profession. I highly recommend Ava Dental of Riverside, they’re by far the best office we have visited.

I just had an interaction with a customer service receptionist named Ashley. I have called 3 times this week to get a form signed and when I called the second time asking why I haven’t received it, Ashley placed me on “hold”, but she didn’t. I ended up hearing her entire conversations with her coworker. It was an inappropriate and she said “I don’t want to get fired” and “let’s just say that the dentist will sign it today”. When she picked up the phone I told her how I heard everything and based of what I heard that I should expect to get my form back that day and she said I would. Well the next day came, I haven’t received anything so I called asking to speak with the office manager Amanda, but Ashley kept saying that she was unavailable. I then said to Ashley that I was still waiting for the email and she lied saying that she had called me twice and that she sent the email 5 mins after the previous phone call. She said that she left me voicemails and she didn’t. I don’t know why she would lie and gaslight me saying that she did call. I had to stay on the phone with her until she sent me the email. While this was all happening, I heard her and another coworker giggling. Incredibly unprofessional and it’s disappointing because I had liked coming to Aava for years, but after that interaction it makes me disgusted that an employee whose job it is to help people can act like that towards people that need help.

Chose this place after terrible service at Gentle Dental and must say that i’ve never been more impressed with a dentist’s office. front desk staff is super responsive + helpful, and actually follows up when they say they will. Met with their hygienist Crystal who was SO thorough with her explanations before and during giving me a cleaning. absolutely recommend this place, very happy i found them :)

Crystal is amazing. Very knowledgeable in my dental hygiene. I wish I knew some of this info 20 yrs ago. But glad I was informed by the best at Aava team. Everyone there is very welcoming and customer service based.
