Of course with Kaiser insurance through covered California you don't get to pick anybody so this was the doctor. This must be the most unfriendly office staff I've ever encountered no smiles no customer service. They all must be totally miserable in their job!!! And after I had my test I really couldn't afford the $65 copay to come back in to be told whether or not my testing was something to be concerned about or not you would think somebody would call you and let you know but of course not!

As always he was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. A great cardiologist. We drive from rhe East Coast to see him.

I like the doctor, but the medical office is an absolute disaster. I was scheduled for a 1PM appointment. I arrived at 12:45 to find that everyone was at lunch until 1PM. No big deal, right? Well, when I arrived the waiting room was already full of people who were scheduled for appointments between 12PM and 1PM. I wonder how that happened... People were already getting angry. Then a frail older gentleman came in and after waiting over 40 minutes he had to leave for another appointment at which point the staff were quite rude to him for wanting to reschedule. Oh, and they didn't know who he was even after he signed in. NONE of the staff seem to look at the sign-in sheet. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I reminded them that I was waiting. They responded as if they didn't know who I was even though they texted me earlier to confirm I was coming, and I signed in when I arrived. Another older gentleman comes in and ends up waiting 45 minutes past his appointment time, then starts screaming at the staff that he isn't being seen because, and I quote, "he is a black man". I had a routine appointment that should have last 40 minutes tops. It ended up being almost 3 hours until I left the building. Good luck.

I am going to have to side with the masses Don Dornin. Although, Dr Kazmouz is one of the best Cardiologists in the country, his front office staff, is somewhat amiss. They obviously continously overbook and ( personally witnessed ), doublebook appointments. They spend more time talking and joking among each other, than taking care of parients, or doing their job. They have ignored me, to joke witheach other, when I was waiting to book my next appointment. The good Dr needs to get a handle on his front desk staff, about being more efficient and professional at work, for their flippin attitude reflects poorly on the Dr. Once I did finally get back to see the Dr. all was great. Very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. It just took an hour over my scheduled appointment to be called in.

I am doing my diligence prior to my initial consultation. Rough crowd, but I couldn't help but notice all complaints were surrounding scheduling, or telephone issues! Dr. Kazmouz is one of the nation's most skilled cardiologists, he saved my friends' life and gave him a 10 year warranty on a pacemaker! Lol, I trust the majority will re-evaluate their opinion concerning the good doctor's staff!
