Dr. Issa graduated from the Mcgovern Medical School At The Univ of Texas Health Science Ctr At Houston in 1992. She works in Desoto, TX and specializes in Adolescent Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and Pediatrics. Dr. Issa is affiliated with Methodist Charlton Medical Center.
