My PA and Dr. we're very patient, understanding, compassionate. They were on top of my treatment and prompt with any and all results. I was scheduled for surgery for 2 months out. They did their best and got my surgery moved up by 5weeks. Surgery went so smoothly and I was very well taken care of and the Dr made me feel cared for and safe. He is a male Dr which I've never been comfortable with but my experience with him was tender and better than any experience I've had in my 40 years. I highly recommend!! Thank you Redlands OBGYN for taking such great care of me.

During my initial visit, some procedures were recommended by the PA, and at a subsequent visit, the NP, whom I had never before met, came in to do the procedure. I left in a lot of pain, and the NP could tell that I was in a lot of pain. Two weeks later I called when the pain worsened, and I was told that I was being referred for diagnostic testing to see if the procedure had been done incorrectly. Three days later, after stabbing pains, I called back and discovered that the diagnostic center had not received any paperwork for testing. I went to urgent care that morning and was told that I immediately needed to go to the ER and that my situation could be fatal. The NP had done the original procedure incorrectly, and I underwent emergency pelvic surgery after 14 hours in urgent care and the emergency room. When I received a bill for the surgeon, I called the office and requested Redlands ObGyn pay, and I was told that Dr. Hage would be given the message. He has not bothered to return my call and I do not think I should be responsible for the costs incurred by mistakes made by his office, especially not after six weeks of pain that was often so severe I could barely walk.

The girl (Josie/Josy) on front desk was very rude, even made a gesture to zip it while we were answering a question by the other staff, where she just jumped in the conversation. I think she would better be at a drive through and not in medical facility.

While the PA was quite pleasant, my overall experience merits only a 1-star rating. As a healthcare provider myself, I was dismayed by the lack of empathy shown by the MA who assisted me. Having endured multiple pregnancy losses, I found the MA's indifference, particularly during a discussion of these sensitive dates, quite troubling. There was no acknowledgment, not even a glance or a word of comfort. In an OB-GYN setting, where compassionate, trauma-informed care is essential, this absence of empathy is inexcusable and deeply disappointing. Also, children 3m-10y are not allowed which is increasing the gap in healthcare disparities in women’s heath and may cause delay in access to care and crucial treatment.

The front staff is very rude, the girl in front have no manners at all how to treat patients. Dr. Hage hopefully he knows how the front desk is treating patients.
