I was scheduled for a wellness visit today (happens after a blood test). I had to deal with the worst doctor and worst service I've ever seen (and I have visited a LOT of doctors in my life-check out his Yelp reviews). He always claims he has an emergency and leaves his office. They'll always ask you to reschedule your appointment as if the patients' lives evolve around them. I asked if I could at least talk to the doctor because I had a quick question. He rejected, even though he was willing to reschedule me for an earlier appointment, so he had the time to answer the question. Tanya at the front desk provides disastrous services. I asked her to provide me with my lab results so I could go to another doctor, and she said it's not ready yet. However, they confirmed that the results were available when my appointment was confirmed the day before. I mentioned to her that it's been 8 days since the blood test, and they called me yesterday and confirmed the appointment and the arrival of the test results. She said she would call me back and just hung up. As many of you might know, results of a blood test don't take more than a week. I don't normally write reviews, but they got me so frustrated, and there's nothing I can do at the moment. I'll file a complaint with the medical board and the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) next week. I'll also come to his office with the cops and say that I paid for a service (blood test), and you're not providing me with the results (Did that with a mecanic before and it worked) I might even sue him if I decide to spend my time that way. I'll make that doctor regret lying about his emergencies and messing up with patients' time and health.

Dr. Mikhail has been my awesome Primary Care Physician for about 15 years. Today he was able to see me on short notice when I needed him most!
