Your response compelled me to provide feedback, which I initially intended to express solely through a 1-star review. However, after reading your response, I feel compelled to elaborate further.(I have written this review after the owners comment on it) I've noticed that some of your negative reviews seem to be dismissed by discarding them to not be your patients. To substantiate my own experience, I've attached irrefutable proof of my visit, including documentation with my name, the doctor's signature, and the official stamp with date(attached). This evidence ensures the credibility of my review. It's disheartening to report that I encountered what appears to be a questionable practice during my visit. The doctor recommended another appointment despite my condition not warranting one(just needed a list of preventive tests for a insurance discout) , leaving me with concerns about the integrity of your services.

One of the Best Medical Physicians in the Bay Area!!!! Dr. Ahmadi and his team of staff attend to all your medical concerns promptly with full knowledge, compassion, and professionalism. At the height of COVID-19, when it first just started and no known vaccines were available yet at the time, I acquired it and was hospitalized for 7 long days and 90 days of home quarantine and treatment. Due to my other underlying medical conditions, I was in bad shape and everyone, even the doctors at the hospital thought, I was not gonna make it. Grateful and Praise God for the Miracles. I also give credit to Dr. Ahmadi, Ms. Fatima, Ms. Rosa, and the rest of the medical and office staff for all the hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing good quality care, and helping me recover through Telehealth and Virtual Medical Appointments which are most of the time 2-3 times throughout the day, checking in with me and making sure I am in the right track to recovery. They communicated well with my other doctors, which were quite a few, and the pharmacy, with the right kind of treatment plan and medications I needed. In short, Dr. Ahmadi and his staff kept me ALIVE and I will be forever grateful for that. If you need, or looking for a primary care doctor for you and your family, try the medical office of Dr. Ebrahim Ahmadi so you and your family can experience the "quality care" I'm talking about and who knows, you might also end up writing a review like mine and telling the entire neighborhood how good and great your PCP and his team are. It's a really bad place. We started the green card process for my family and my cousin, but none of the employees speak English, there is no interest and we experienced a very bad victimization. The e-mail addresses do not work. Even though we sent e-mails many times, they say that the e-mail did not arrive and we paid a large amount of money. We are the victims.

I definitely do not recommend this place. Working systems are very bad. They don't even respond to the e-mail I sent. Don't go here if you don't want to waste time.👎🏻
