Damen Ayman MD

I hadn't been to dr Ayman for years, but recently switched back. Dr Ayman has always been good. The problem is with the main receptionist. She doesn't belong in a medical office.

Wow, after reading other reviews I see lots of the same negligent, careless, and irresponsible and unprofessionalism was done to other folks, who like myself deserved to have our medical issues to be addressed promptly and appropriately. Let me clarify that the small girl who took people to back was always friendly, but the witch linebacker in front, was a piece of work, disgusting and it seems that for whatever reason her life being dragged thru dirt she has no business taking it out on other folks. Me too I wasn't permitted to speak to Dr. Not make appointments she would jus tell me to go to ER. Which I had to four times and same thing , complete disregard,no apologies made. She is pathetic rude, disrespectful and has no business working with public or I'm medical field.

I debated leaving this review. But because of this office's incompetence, I now have serious health complications. I visited Dr Ayman twice while I was living in town. The first visit I submitted a complete blood panel to which he gave a cursory glance and said that it was not important. He was only interested in my thyroid which showed a normal result. However, I have another issue that is also affected by that issue which I take medication for that is quite grave if I stop. This doctor had me stop medication under the pretext that he had to send me to another specialist. They have apparently been trying to get my files from another doctors office in Galt that had not responded. This was in March of 2023. I called for weeks on end to see if those files were received. I never received any kind of answer except that the other office wasn't answering to their various fax. Doctor Ayman refused to prescribe me the needed medication and play off the fact that the other office wasn't doing their job. In June, I go on vacation and let the office know that I need a refill. The doctor only refilled my medicine a month at a time. He refused in July under the pretext that I have to see him every 3 months apparently (for a medication I am destined to take all my life). I went 3 months without taking thyroid medication. 6 months without taking the other I need desperately. The receptionist who I called mid August assured me that they would get back to me. They never did. I finally go to urgent care where I am informed my TSH is over 15. I was at high risk for a stroke and often felt faint just standing on my feet. A host of other issues that could have also been resolved had he just looked at the panel I had presented in March. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities as this doctor has severly put my life in danger. I wholeheartedly do not recommend.

Been going for years but recently started noticing that they do a poor job. When I had pinkeye they made me wait for days. Plus I had to call them to remind them to call cvs at the time so I could get my prescription and acted like I was being inconvenient taking up their time. One of the nurses I've known for years is always nice but the others are just rude.

This guy is the worst! I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I went to him twice, once for a referral to a dermatologist. After one visit, my records were lost! I had to go back in to see him again for this same issue, and once again the ball was dropped. I never had a referral set up, even though I paid co-pay twice!! I went back to him for a neurological prescription that I thought I needed, and he looked at me and said, "You don't look like you need that to me." Wow, 3 visits/copays , and zero help. If I could give this guy zero stars, I would!
